Parent Satisfaction Survey for Students with Disabilities

The Parent Satisfaction Survey helps the state to determine parents’ perception of the success of parent engagement with the local schools for students with disabilities.  Each state is required to conduct a parent survey collection process to measure parent/family needs and perceptions.

The 2017 Parent Satisfaction Survey will be administered through an online link available until April 15, 2017.  The link can be accessed at the following website location:
